Our excellent staff, which has created glorious history of CMC, is the most valuable assets of CMC and our past creativity stems from innovation of each member. We provide an excellent environment for study and improvement of our excellent staff.  In recent years, we have offered about fifty training programs to about 2000 persons or times each year. We regard “diligence and intelligence” as our enterprise culture.
